When it comes to weight loss, for example. I know all too well the struggle is real. A majority of us don’t know where to start. This can be overwhelming and even scary. I have been on my own weight loss journey, losing over 100 lbs through the help of a qualified trainer, and a HEALTHY AND CLEAN EATING PLAN.
