Started!

Consultation:

The first step in our journey together is the consultation. You can either meet with me in person or fill out an online short questionnaire that will give me a good picture of your health, current eating plan, physical activity and what you’d like to achieve as well as the time frame you’d like to achieve it in. We’ll set attainable goals and choose a customized plan just for you.

Programs offered:

90/10 has several different options for you to choose from;

  • Life coaching for fitness and nutrition

Do you just need a listening ear and some guidance? I can set up a regular weekly counselling sessions with you to guide you, give you ideas and hold you accountable throughout your journey for as long as you may need.

Need a little more?

  • I can set you up on a customized weekly meal plan for as long as you need. This can include recipes, macros and measurements, taking the guess work out of your eating plan, setting you up for success. I also provide weekly check in to help support you and hold you accountable, making changes to your eating plan as needed. Remember: THIS ISN’T A DIET OR A QUICK FIX. THERE ARE NO MAGIC PILLS. This is a life style change that is proven to work when followed.

 

Don’t have the time meal prep?

  • 90/10 will do it for you! Your food is weighed, measured, prepped and cooked for you. All you have to do is heat and eat! Each meal prep varies depending on what your needs are. Whether it be weight loss, weight maintenance, show prep or specified body building bulking, I have a plan for you. Meal pick up is every Sunday. For a nominal fee, 90/10 will deliver.

 

Adding in the “10

  • As you can figure out from the name, 90/10 stands for 90% diet, 10% exercise. Eating a healthy diet is key to your success. Following that up with a regular exercise routine, makes that success inevitable. Studies have shown that people who work with a Personal Trainer are shown to have an 80% success rate in attaining their personal fitness goals. 90/10 is friends with numerous Personal Trainers in the Calgary area and can help refer you to a Personal Trainer that you may wish to contact for support and assistance in order to attain your goals  (rates for Personal Training Are separate from Meal Planning and preparation, and vary from trainer to trainer).
