Pumpkin Spice Protein Latte
Ingredients
1 scoop of Dymatize Cinnamon Bun Protein Powder (don't have it? stop by Reflex Calgary and grab some, tell them Shawnee sent you!) - if unavailable, Vanilla Protein Powder will work too. 1 1/2 c hot water (-not boiling as protein will break down with extreme heat) 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice 1/2 c coffee Fat free whip cream (if so desired)
- Add all dry ingredients in a tall coffee mug, add hot water and mix well - Add coffee -Top with whip cream and sprinkle a little of the pumpkin spice on top Enjoy!
